Lembaga Zakat Selangor to Implement Enterprise Information System (EIS)

Lembaga Zakat Selangor under Majlis Agama Islam Selangor (MAIS) has engaged Covalent Technology to perform a study and redevelop its Survey (Bancian) and Distribution (Agihan) Systems using COVALENTIA version 2.6. The solution is aimed at centralizing the databases of the two separate systems and enhancing Asnaf / Applicant Profiling and Distribution Flow to increase efficiency and productivity. It includes digitization of manual forms to speed up application / distribution processes (faster distribution of Zakat money) and create paperless environment. In addition, it also incorporates Key Performance Indicator (KPI) elements for monitoring / tracking purposes.
